To make your check in easier and faster I kindly ask you to follow AS STRICTLY AS POSSIBLE to this procedure:
If you are travelling by air
1) Let us know the estimated arrival time of your flight.
2) Send a text message to our reception at numbers: +39 349 112 1135 to confirm the beginning of your trip towards Brienno, when you are leaving the airport
3) At the exit of the motorway A9 – exit: Como Lago send a new text message.
If you are travelling by car from Italy/Germany
1) send a text message when you begin your trip
2) send a confirmation text message when you are near Lugano
3) one last text message when you are gone through Como/Chiasso customs
This procedure will avoid to you and your family an useless and boring waiting.
Check-in should be preferably within 7:30 pm.
